1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 950k.club or any of its sub-pages, games, or promotional features, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, whether or not you have formally registered an account. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 950k or any of its partner entities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, and you are using your own payment methods.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To participate in real-money games and access deposit bonuses, you must register a player account on 950k.club. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• One person may only hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or exploit promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
• 950k may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point. You must supply requested documents — such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill — within the stipulated timeframe or risk account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

950k supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following rules apply to all financial activity on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification. You may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• 950k does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, and 950k bears no responsibility for third-party charges.
• Any funds suspected of originating from illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud will be frozen pending investigation, and relevant authorities may be notified in accordance with applicable law.

950k reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request. Failure to provide documentation within 72 hours may result in the request being cancelled and requiring resubmission.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

950k offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following standard conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries a specific wagering requirement (rollover). Unless otherwise stated, the standard rollover for deposit bonuses is 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash directly, and are linked to the specific account that claimed them. Bonuses cannot be transferred between player accounts.
• Promotions linked to specific events — such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day — are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be claimed retrospectively.
• 950k reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings derived from it if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of a software error or loophole.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on 950k:

• Colluding with other players, using bots, automated scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money, engage in fraud, exploit system errors, or manipulate game outcomes through any technical or social means.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, accumulating bonuses, or bypassing self-exclusion measures.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward other players or 950k staff through any communication channel on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on 950k.club — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, marketing copy, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 950k or its licensed providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of this content without prior written authorization from 950k.
